1. Achieve sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise customers on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Provide makeup and skincare consultations.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
8. Conduct cash inventory and report to the Boutique Manager.

1. Qualified makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent experience through passion for beauty.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
2. Proficient sales skills with an ability to sell luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Team player mentality.
5. Fluency in Swedish or English.

Experience in a retail or luxury sales environment is preferred.
