1. Achieve sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Offer makeup and skincare consultations.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the Boutique Manager.

1. Trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent experience through passion for beauty.
2. Fluent in Swedish or English.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient sales abilities with a focus on luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Team-oriented mindset.

Experience in retail sales, particularly in luxury beauty products, is preferred.
