1. Achieve set sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise customers on Chanel's range of fragrances, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Provide makeup and skincare consultations.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the Boutique Manager.

1. Trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent experience through a passion for beauty.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient sales abilities with an aptitude for selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Team player with a collaborative spirit.
5. Fluency in Swedish or English.

Experience in luxury retail or beauty industry preferred.

Certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology preferred.
