1. Achieve sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Provide makeup and skincare consultations to customers.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the store manager.

1. Trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent knowledge through a passion for beauty.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient sales abilities, particularly with luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Strong team player mentality.
5. Proficiency in Swedish or English.

Previous experience in retail sales, particularly within the luxury beauty sector, is preferred.
