1. Achieve sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise customers on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Provide makeup and skincare consultations.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the Boutique Manager.
8. Handle cash register inventory and report to the Boutique Manager.

1. Certified makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent knowledge acquired through passion for beauty.
2. Fluency in Swedish or English.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient sales skills with an aptitude for selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to complete tasks independently and as part of a team.

Experience in luxury retail or beauty industry preferred.

Certification in makeup artistry or cosmetology preferred.
