1. Achieve sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Provide expert advice on Chanel's fragrance, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Offer makeup and skincare consultations to clients.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, clean, and close the boutique.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the boutique manager.
8. Conduct cash register inventory and report to the boutique manager.

1. Trained makeup artist or cosmetologist, or equivalent knowledge through passion for beauty.
2. Fluency in Swedish or English.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proficient sales abilities with a focus on luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to complete tasks independently.
5. Team player with a collaborative spirit.

Experience in luxury retail or beauty sales is preferred.
