1. Create a unique and memorable experience for each client at every point of sale.

3. Provide beauty consultations and understand client needs to offer product-based solutions.
4. Maintain an exceptional point-of-sale experience.
5. Ensure the achievement of sales targets and commercial indicators.

1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service role with extensive knowledge of fragrances, makeup, and skincare.
2. Holder of a professional makeup artist and/or cosmetology certification.
3. Good knowledge of skin anatomy and physiology.

1. Strong sales skills with a goal-oriented focus.
2. Basic knowledge of Excel, technology, and digital trends.
3. Organized, agile, and collaborative work style.
4. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
5. Flexibility to learn and develop continuously.
6. Results-oriented with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
7. Strong interpersonal skills, verbal and written communication, with a team spirit, ethics, and integrity.
8. Initiative and creativity.
9. Flexibility to travel within Mexico City and the interior of the Republic.
10. Storytelling ability and skill to engage and inspire people.
11. Knowledge of beauty trends.

A minimum of 2 years in customer service roles within the beauty industry, with a focus on fragrances, makeup, and skincare.

Professional makeup artist and/or cosmetology certification.

Base salary plus variable pay.
