- Provide personalized beauty consultations and product recommendations across makeup and skincare tailored to client needs and brand standards.
- Deliver professional in‑store services including make‑up applications, demonstrations and mini treatments to drive conversion and client satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs through proactive clienteling, follow‑up and enrolment in loyalty programmes.
- Maintain merchandising and visual presentation to Chanel guidelines; execute product replenishment and window displays as required.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, process transactions and manage client records in the CRM.
- Support stock management: receiving, inventory control and back‑of‑house organisation to preserve product integrity.
- Participate actively in brand and professional training sessions; apply technical product knowledge to elevate the client experience.
- Contribute to boutique team initiatives, including events, launches and local marketing activities.
- Eligible for a work‑study (alternance) contract beginning September 2026; enrolled or about to enrol in a recognised cosmetology, beauty, retail or commercial programme.
- Demonstrable client service orientation with polished interpersonal skills and a professional, courteous manner.
- Commercial acumen with the ability to meet sales objectives and convert consultations into purchases.
- Flexibility to work retail hours including evenings and weekends; reliable punctuality and time management.
- High standards of personal presentation and a strong interest in luxury beauty and fashion.

Enrolment in a relevant vocational or higher education programme (cosmetology, beauty, retail management, commerce) qualifying for an alternance/work‑study contract.
