1. Deliver personalised consultations and in-boutique makeovers that embody Chanel’s luxury service standards.
2. Achieve and exceed individual and boutique sales targets through proactive clienteling and upselling of cosmetics, skincare and fragrances.
3. Build and maintain a high-value client portfolio using CRM tools and follow-up communications to drive repeat purchases and appointments.
4. Demonstrate expert product knowledge across Chanel beauty ranges and provide tailored recommendations to clients.
5. Maintain merchandising, display and stock standards in line with brand visual guidelines and ensure boutique presentation is immaculate.
6. Operate point-of-sale systems accurately, manage transactions, returns and gift-wrapping with discretion.
7. Participate in brand and product training, promotional events and seasonal launches to optimise sell-through.

1. Proven aptitude for luxury client service with strong interpersonal presence and discretion.
2. Excellent verbal communication and consultative selling skills; ability to build long-term client relationships.
3. Demonstrable expertise in makeup application and skincare consultation; confidence delivering one-to-one tutorials and demonstrations.
4. High standards of personal grooming and professional presentation consistent with Chanel’s image.
5. Availability to work retail hours including weekends and peak promotional periods; flexibility for boutique events and trainings.
