4. Conduct beauty services and consultations for clients.
5. Develop and maintain a client database to foster long-term relationships and loyalty.
6. Understand and implement Chanel's digital strategy and market trends to deliver a seamless omnichannel experience.
7. Ensure the boutique is well-maintained in accordance with established guidelines.
8. Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available tools.
9. Propose and implement creative action plans to meet various objectives.
10. Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
11. Possess knowledge of procedures to ensure smooth boutique operations.
12. Manage client transactions efficiently.
13. Share best practices with the team and contribute to collective knowledge and skills.

1. Professional experience in sales, particularly in the beauty industry.
2. Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for teamwork.
3. Proactive with excellent listening and adaptability skills.
4. A strong inclination towards performance and challenges.
5. Cultural openness.

1. Fluency in English is required.
2. Excellent customer service skills.

Previous experience in a sales role within the beauty industry is preferred.
