1. Provide personalized advice to customers on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Engage with customers to introduce them to Chanel's makeup, fragrance, skincare, and exclusive collections.
3. Introduce new products to customers and provide necessary technical information.
4. Maintain a commercial focus and contribute to achieving sales targets.
5. Actively invite customers to register in the Chanel database.
6. Maintain active relationships with customers and invite them to services and events.
7. Motivate customers by informing and advising them about Chanel and its products.
8. Ensure optimal boutique presentation through proper merchandising and adherence to marketing guidelines.

1. Passion for customer service, cosmetics, and Chanel.
2. 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.
3. Completed education in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.

1. Excellent social and communication skills.
2. Commercially minded, presentable, and independent.
3. Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.
4. Flexibility to work according to the opening hours of the Bijenkorf.

2 to 5 years of relevant work experience in a similar role.

Completed education in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.

Part-time position for 32 hours per week at the Bijenkorf Rotterdam. Workdays and hours are negotiable, with a focus on commercial days.
