- Create a personalized Chanel experience in-store by welcoming clients and guiding them through their boutique journey.
- Deliver a warm, bespoke, and ultimate experience to each client, blending storytelling with a deep knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Perform beauty services for clients and be responsible for developing and maintaining client relationships to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Master the brand's digital strategy and stay informed of market trends to ensure a consistent omnichannel experience for clients.
- Contribute to maintaining the boutique in perfect condition, adhering strictly to established guidelines.
- Actively contribute to business development by achieving sales targets set by management, leveraging all available tools such as products, services, and data collection to recruit and retain clientele.
- Demonstrate initiative and creativity in implementing innovative action plans to meet various objectives.
- Possess a thorough understanding of procedures ensuring the smooth operation of the boutique.
- Ensure efficient management of client transactions.
- Share best practices with the team, foster a positive dynamic, and contribute to the enrichment of collective knowledge and skills.
- Professional experience in sales with a passion for the Perfumes and Beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a strong affinity for teamwork.

- Fluent in English and Classical Arabic.
