Responsibilities
- Create a unique and personalized experience for each client in the boutique.
- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique.
- Offer a warm and tailored experience to each client.
- Inspire clients with the allure of Chanel through storytelling and brand knowledge.
- Provide beauty services to clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage the boutique's appearance in accordance with established rules.
- Achieve sales targets using all available tools and strategies.
- Propose and implement creative action plans to meet objectives.
- Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure proper boutique operations by understanding relevant procedures.
- Handle customer transactions.
- Share best practices with the team and contribute to collective knowledge and skills.
Qualifications
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Professional experience in sales and a passion for the beauty industry.
