- Create an unparalleled Chanel boutique experience for clients.
- Welcome clients and guide them through the boutique journey.
- Deliver a warm, personalized, and ultimate client experience.
- Cultivate clients' desire and dream for Chanel through storytelling and brand knowledge.
- Provide beauty services to clients.
- Develop and maintain a client database to ensure ongoing Chanel experience post-visit.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage boutique maintenance in accordance with established guidelines.
- Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using available tools and strategies.
- Propose and implement creative action plans to meet various objectives.
- Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
- Possess knowledge of procedures to ensure boutique operations run smoothly.
- Handle client transactions.
- Share best practices with the team and contribute to collective knowledge and skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Professional sales experience with a passion for the beauty and fragrance sector.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive with strong listening and adaptability skills in a dynamic environment.
