7. Co-manage the boutique's appearance in accordance with established guidelines.

9. Propose and implement creative action plans to meet objectives.
10. Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
11. Possess adequate knowledge of procedures to ensure the boutique's smooth operation.
12. Handle client transactions.
13. Share best practices with the team, contributing to collective knowledge and skills.

1. Professional sales experience with expertise in beauty care.
2. Fluency in English.
