- Create an unparalleled Chanel boutique experience for each client.
- Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized journey within the boutique.
- Deliver a warm, bespoke experience to every client.
- Cultivate clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with a profound knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Perform beauty services for clients.
- Develop and maintain a client database to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage the boutique's presentation in accordance with established guidelines.
- Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available tools (products, services, data capture) to recruit and retain clients.
- Propose and implement creative action plans to meet various objectives.
- Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
- Possess adequate knowledge of procedures to ensure the boutique's smooth operation.
- Handle client transactions.
- Share best practices with the team, contributing to collective knowledge and skills.
- Professional sales experience with a passion for the beauty industry.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proactive with strong listening and adaptation skills in a constantly evolving environment.
- Strong performance and challenge-driven mindset.

- Fluency in English is required.
