2. Welcome clients and guide them through a personalized journey within the boutique.
3. Deliver a warm, bespoke experience to every client.
4. Cultivate clients' desire and dream for Chanel by combining storytelling with a profound knowledge of the brand's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
5. Perform beauty services for clients.
6. Develop and maintain a client database to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
7. Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
8. Co-manage the boutique's presentation in accordance with established guidelines.
9. Drive Chanel's performance by achieving sales targets using all available tools (products, services, data capture) to recruit and retain clients.
10. Propose and implement creative action plans to meet various objectives.
11. Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
12. Possess adequate knowledge of procedures to ensure the boutique's smooth operation.
13. Handle client transactions.
14. Share best practices with the team, contributing to collective knowledge and skills.
