Responsibilities
- Create the Chanel experience in the boutique.
- Welcome and guide clients through the boutique.
- Offer a warm, personalized, and ultimate experience to each client.
- Inspire clients with Chanel's heritage, modernity, and craftsmanship.
- Provide beauty services to clients.
- Develop and maintain client relationships to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
- Understand the brand's digital strategy and market trends to provide a seamless omnichannel experience.
- Co-manage the boutique's upkeep according to established rules.
- Achieve sales targets using all available tools (products, services, data capture) to recruit and retain clients.
- Propose and implement creative action plans to meet objectives.
- Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
- Ensure proper boutique operations by understanding necessary procedures.
- Handle client transactions.
- Share best practices with the team and contribute to collective knowledge and skills.
