1. Perform high-end beauty services including flash make-up, hand beauty treatments, and manicures in accordance with Chanel's protocols.
2. Greet and advise clients on suitable beauty treatments and products.
3. Provide personalized follow-up and cultivate client loyalty through expertise and exceptional service.
4. Maintain courteous and discreet relationships with colleagues.
5. Share and impart knowledge to team members.
6. Support sales teams as needed.

1. Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aesthetics or a related field.
2. 3 to 5 years of successful experience in the beauty industry.

1. Strong interest in Chanel and its brand values.
2. Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
3. Autonomous, discreet, and dynamic with a proactive approach.
4. Proficient in English.
5. Excellent knowledge of cosmetics.
6. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel and PowerPoint.

3 to 5 years of successful experience in the beauty industry, particularly in luxury settings.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in aesthetics or a related field.

Comprehensive onboarding program, including training on Chanel Parfums Beauté history and products.
