8. Offer services, experiences, advice, and follow-up invitations to enhance client purchases.
9. Master all service protocols offered in the boutique and deliver them with excellence.
10. Create unique stories with and for each client using brand knowledge.
11. Contribute to a seamless multichannel client experience.
12. Handle customer service complaints and requests effectively.
13. Achieve boutique's quantitative and qualitative business objectives.
14. Recruit, retain, and increase client return rates using products, services, and sales techniques.
15. Capture and manage client data to maintain personalized relationships and drive business growth.
16. Utilize Chanel's CRM tools and adhere to internal clienteling guidelines.

1. Experience in the beauty sector
2. Intermediate English proficiency
3. Training in makeup and/or aesthetics is valued
4. Additional languages are a plus
