1. Deliver personalised makeup application and skincare consultations that reflect Chanel’s beauty philosophy and product range.
2. Build and sustain long-term client relationships through proactive clienteling, follow-up and bespoke service.
3. Achieve and exceed individual and store sales targets while promoting the full assortment of cosmetics, fragrances and skincare.
4. Maintain exceptional visual merchandising standards and ensure product presentation and sampling comply with Chanel guidelines.
5. Operate point-of-sale systems, process transactions and manage returns in line with store procedures.
6. Manage stock levels, replenishment and back‑of‑house organisation; participate in inventory activities.
7. Represent the brand at in-store events, masterclasses and promotional initiatives; participate in mandatory trainings.

1. Proven customer-facing experience in luxury cosmetics or premium retail (experience in high-end beauty counters preferred).
2. Polished professional presentation, excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to deliver consultative selling.
3. Demonstrable ability to meet sales targets and to develop repeat clientele through organised clienteling.
4. Flexibility to work retail hours including weekends, evenings and peak seasonal periods.
5. Certificate or vocational training in beauty, makeup artistry or cosmetology is advantageous.

Secondary education completed; vocational qualification or certificate in beauty, makeup or cosmetology preferred.
