1. Achieve outlined sales targets, including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel’s product range, including fragrances, makeup, and skincare.
4. Offer makeup consultations to customers.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, tidy, and close the store.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
8. Perform cash register reconciliation and reporting to the store manager.

1. Qualified as a makeup artist or cosmetologist, or possess extensive self-taught knowledge of beauty products and techniques.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly demeanor.
2. Proficient in selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexible, self-motivated, and responsible.
4. Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
5. Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively.
6. Proficiency in Danish or English.

Experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the luxury beauty sector.
