1. Achieve outlined sales goals including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on CHANEL’s products in fragrances, makeup, and skincare.
4. Offer makeup consultations to customers.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying CHANEL's history and values.
6. Prepare, tidy, and close the store.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
8. Handle cash register reconciliation and reporting to the store manager.

1. Trained makeup artist, cosmetologist, or self-taught beauty enthusiast with comprehensive product and technique knowledge.
2. Fluency in Danish or English.

2. Strong sales ability with a flair for selling luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ownership of tasks and follow-through.

Experience in beauty advisory or a related field is preferred.
