Chanel Beauty Advisor Intern (Seasonal Mother's Day Support)

1. Deliver personalised product consultations and demonstrations to drive sales during the seasonal Mother's Day campaign.
2. Maintain exceptional client service and clienteling standards, including follow-up and appointment management where applicable.
3. Operate point-of-sale systems to process transactions accurately and manage receipts, exchanges and returns according to brand protocol.
4. Support visual merchandising and ensure counter/promo area adheres to Chanel presentation guidelines and promotional layouts.
5. Manage stock, receive deliveries, replenish displays and perform inventory counts to ensure product availability during peak trading.
6. Work collaboratively with Sephora Haussmann store staff and Chanel retail supervisors to deliver a seamless client experience during the campaign.

1. Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a relevant programme (beauty, cosmetics, retail, commerce) — internship status required.
2. Strong interpersonal skills with a demonstrated customer-service orientation and professional presentation.
3. Availability for the Mother's Day period including weekends and peak retail hours; flexible scheduling for short-term, event-driven work.
4. Basic numeracy and comfort operating a point-of-sale terminal; attention to accuracy in cash and card handling.
5. Interest in luxury beauty, fragrance and make-up with an eagerness to learn product knowledge and brand rituals.
6. Legal authorization to work in France (if not already resident).

Currently enrolled in, or recently graduated from, a vocational or higher-education programme in beauty, cosmetics, retail, commerce or a related discipline; minimum secondary-school diploma.
