1. Higher education degree (Bac +1 to Bac +5) with a strong interest in Chanel and its brand values.
2. Sensitivity to multicultural environments and recognized for responsiveness, commercial dynamism, and customer service skills.
3. Fluency in English is essential.

No prior experience required, but a passion for luxury retail and customer service is essential.
