1. Serve as a brand ambassador, embodying Chanel's aesthetic and conveying the allure of its fragrance, beauty, and skincare products.
2. Welcome clients and guide them through an exceptional boutique experience, offering personalized service.
3. Foster client loyalty and maintain client records to extend the Chanel experience beyond the boutique visit.
4. Conduct make-up demonstrations and fragrance animations for clients.
5. Ensure the boutique is maintained according to Chanel's standards.
6. Contribute to business growth by achieving sales targets and enhancing operational efficiency.
7. Participate actively in team briefings, providing feedback and suggestions.
8. Support back-office operations and contribute to business development through client recruitment and retention.
9. Prepare qualitative reports for the Boutique Manager.
10. Share best practices and collaborate effectively with the team.
