- Master all service protocols and deliver them with precision and a coaching mindset.
- Craft unique stories with and for each client, leveraging brand knowledge and client insights.
- Contribute to a seamless multichannel client experience.
- Handle customer service requests and complaints effectively, managing complex situations with poise.
- Achieve boutique's quantitative and qualitative objectives, contributing to business growth.
- Understand and maintain discretion regarding Chanel's business objectives.
- Utilize products, services, and sales techniques to recruit, retain, and increase client return rates.
- Proactively capture and manage meaningful client data to foster personalized relationships and drive business.
- Utilize Chanel's CRM tools and adhere to internal clienteling guidelines.
- Experience in the luxury sector.
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Preferred: Training in makeup and/or aesthetics.
- Additional languages are advantageous.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Proficiency in CRM tools.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Experience in the luxury sector is required, with a focus on customer service and client engagement.
