1. Achieve outlined sales targets including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate.
2. Focus on recruiting new customers.
3. Advise on Chanel's range of fragrances, makeup, and skincare products.
4. Offer makeup consultations to clients.
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying Chanel's history and values.
6. Prepare, tidy, and close the store.
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager.
8. Perform cash register reconciliation and report to the store manager.

1. Qualified makeup artist or cosmetologist, or self-taught with extensive knowledge of beauty products and techniques.

1. Exceptional customer service skills with a positive demeanor.
2. Proven sales acumen, particularly with luxury beauty products.
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility.
4. Ability to take ownership of tasks and see them through to completion.
5. Team player with strong collaborative skills.
6. Proficiency in Danish or English.

Experience in a customer-facing sales role, preferably within the luxury beauty sector.
