1. Achieve outlined sales goals including units per transaction, basket size, price per unit, and conversion rate
2. Focus on recruiting new customers
3. Advise on CHANEL's products in fragrance, makeup, and skincare
4. Offer makeup consultations to customers
5. Create exclusive customer experiences by conveying CHANEL's history and values
6. Prepare, tidy, and close the store
7. Manage inventory in collaboration with the store manager
8. Handle cash register and report to the store manager

1. Trained makeup artist, cosmetologist, or self-taught in beauty products and techniques

1. Exceptional customer service skills
2. Strong sales ability with a flair for selling exclusive beauty products
3. Flexibility, self-motivation, and responsibility
4. Ownership of tasks and ability to follow through
5. Team player

Experience in beauty advisory or a related field is preferred.

Trained makeup artist, cosmetologist, or equivalent experience.
