1. Provide personalized advice to customers on makeup, skincare, and fragrance.
2. Engage customers to introduce them to Chanel's makeup, fragrance, skincare, and exclusive collections.
3. Introduce new products to customers and provide necessary technical information.
4. Maintain a commercial focus and contribute to achieving sales targets.
5. Actively invite customers to register in the Chanel database.
6. Maintain active relationships with customers and invite them to services and events.
7. Motivate customers by informing and advising them about Chanel and its products.
8. Ensure optimal boutique conditions through proper merchandising and presentation.

1. Passion for customer service, cosmetics, and Chanel.
2. 2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

1. Excellent social and communication skills.
2. Commercially minded, presentable, and independent.
3. Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English.

2 to 5 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Completed training in makeup artistry and/or beauty therapy.

Part-time position for 32 hours in Bijenkorf Amsterdam and The Hague. Workdays and hours are negotiable, focusing on commercial days.
