1. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stockrooms are organized and tidy.
2. Facilitate the daily receipt of products, including opening boxes, labeling, and conducting quality checks.
3. Organize merchandise in the stockroom and sales floor according to internal procedures.
4. Manage daily transfer requests between the boutique and other locations.
5. Prepare and participate in inventory counts and resolve discrepancies.
6. Support the launch of new collections in collaboration with the Visual Merchandising team.
7. Assist with sales preparation, including re-labeling and stock reorganization.
8. Provide support to the sales team by delivering merchandise and organizing fitting rooms during peak times.
9. Assist in packaging and wrapping sold products.
10. Operate the point-of-sale system and ensure accurate and timely transactions.
11. Verify credit card conditions and process sales invoices.
12. Manage cash flow, ensuring sufficient funds and accurate transaction recording.
13. Follow procedures to prevent theft and fraud, maintaining a secure environment.

1. High school diploma or equivalent.
2. 2-3 years of retail experience.
3. Experience in luxury fashion is an advantage.
4. Ability to work independently and support the sales team.
5. Discipline and honesty.
6. Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
7. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
8. Proficiency in English.

2-3 years of experience in retail, with a preference for luxury fashion.

High school diploma or equivalent.
