1. Provide operational support for vehicle orders, renewals, deliveries, and returns.
2. Monitor vehicle maintenance, incidents, fines, and fuel card management.
3. Update fleet management software regularly.
4. Implement and maintain mobility procedures and policies.
5. Handle administrative tasks including mail processing and archiving.
6. Prepare quarterly reports for management.
7. Oversee car-sharing and bike-sharing services, ensuring maintenance and usage tracking.

1. Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Commerce or Management (Bac +4/5).

1. Proficiency in office software (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
2. Strong listening and analytical skills.
3. Autonomy and service-oriented mindset.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills and team spirit.

Interest in the automotive sector and fleet management is essential.

Currently pursuing a Master's degree in Commerce or Management (Bac +4/5).
