Chanel Automated Systems Operator

- Operate and adjust automatic packaging machines according to defined operational guidelines.
- Conduct analyses, perform interventions, and restart operations in case of malfunctions, alerting relevant personnel when anomalies occur.
- Ensure the supply of the production line, including ordering components and semi-finished products and stocking workstations.
- Regularly inspect the quality of packaged products, analyze quality issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Execute the production schedule within the designated timeframes and maintain productivity and performance levels with the team.
- Perform cleaning and tidying operations of workstations and machines.
- Participate in the preventive maintenance of equipment in collaboration with the maintenance team.
- Propose improvements in quality, safety, technical processes, and productivity.
- Conduct training on machine operation and adjustment through mentorship and assist in the onboarding and integration of new team members.
- Technical training such as CIMA or Bac Pro.
- Familiarity with production tools.
- Strong technical foundation in mechanics, pneumatics, electricity, and automation.
- Excellent safety, quality, and performance culture.
- Ability to combine precision with efficiency and organize methodically.
- Strong interpersonal skills and ease in communicating across all organizational levels.
- Good analytical skills with a proactive approach to proposing new ideas and initiatives.
- Proficiency in computer tools (SAP, Microsoft Office Suite).
Experience in a technical or production environment with a focus on automated systems is required.
Technical training such as CIMA or Bac Pro.
