1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, driving the business of assigned product categories.
2. Coach and manage a team of salespeople to deliver extraordinary client experiences.
3. Equip the Boutique Director with critical business knowledge.
4. Foster a positive working environment that encourages diversity, mutual respect, and teamwork.
5. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, focusing on product details and service delivery.
6. Analyze and report on product category performance, collaborating with the Home Office buying team.
7. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships.

1. Minimum of 7 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and holidays.

A minimum of 7 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $134,900 through $150,000. Additional variable pay components such as bonuses may be offered.
