1. Facilitate coordination among Haute Couture workshops and handling teams through regular physical visits and communication.
2. Assist in disseminating information related to workshops, division, and corporate communications.
3. Participate in multiple projects focused on the preservation and transmission of craftsmanship.
4. Analyze information from various sources and synthesize it for project needs.
5. Propose solutions based on expressed needs and manage meeting schedules and minutes.
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams such as Human Resources, Haute Couture, security, general services, and workplace environment.
7. Engage with external suppliers, including osteopathy providers for massage services.

1. Fluency in French is required.
2. Proficiency in office software (Microsoft Office Suite).
3. Ability to manage urgent situations effectively.
