1. Learn to interpret the spirit of collections and couture according to Chanel.
2. Perform alterations based on alteration sheets and oral briefs from the fitting tailor.
3. Read and interpret alteration sheets, including sewing and client information.
4. Prepare alteration steps with assistance if needed.
5. Verify each alteration step by fitting the garment on a mannequin.
6. Conduct initial quality control of the work.
7. Iron and present the garment to the fitting tailor for quality control.
8. Act as an ambassador of Chanel's style and values.
9. Participate in key boutique events to understand the brand's and boutique's challenges.

Experience in a boutique environment is preferred.

Background in Couture.

Includes an integration program with training on Chanel's history and products, retail knowledge enhancement, communication development, and participation in a Young Talent Community.
