1. Monitor and govern daily supply chain operations to ensure seamless execution.
2. Support and drive supply chain projects to accommodate business growth within the Fashion Division.
3. Enhance market fulfillment performance by optimizing lead times from Global Distribution Centers to local markets.
4. Serve as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Fashion Operations processes.
5. Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline workflows and enhance efficiency.
6. Assist and coach team members to foster professional development.
7. Monitor the performance of logistics service providers to ensure service excellence.
