- Collaborate with the Retail Manager to implement and monitor retail strategies in Perfumes and Beauty boutiques across Travel Retail and Local Markets in Europe.
- Participate in budget construction and monitor expenditures against defined budgets.
- Manage and review PLV tool budgets based on forecasts and actual consumption.
- Assist in the development of the distribution network and participate in market studies to define retail projects.
- Support the preparation of CEO reviews for retail project approvals.
- Contribute to the creation of 'boutique' briefs for Store Planning.
- Participate in project groups for new store openings, developing comprehensive 360 plans (Store Planning, Learning, Operations, Sales, PR, Opening Event).
- Monitor and analyze retail boutique performance, including new products and network animations.
- Prepare monthly performance reports for various departments (Europe, Export, Eyewear Division).
- Assist in the deployment and onboarding of Chanel's Clienteling tool.
- Coordinate with various departments and partners to ensure operational excellence at points of sale.
- Manage and consolidate forecasts and orders for new products in the retail network.
- Coordinate with marketing and learning services to ensure flawless execution of 360° activations.
- Respond to ad-hoc tool requests to ensure efficient boutique management.
- Oversee and manage Eyewear orders and stock analysis, recommending actions in boutiques.
- Formalize and implement processes for retail network management.
- Support the Retail Manager in preparing presentations and analyses, and participate in meetings with various services.
- Contribute to the establishment and animation of a Retail community, organizing Retail Days.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Previous experience as an assistant retail manager or in operational marketing within the cosmetics or large distribution sector.
- Dynamic and meticulous with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint with excellent numerical and presentation capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with agility and responsiveness.
A significant initial experience in retail management or operational marketing within the cosmetics or large distribution sector is required.
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
