- Assist in the development and monitoring of the retail strategy for Perfumes and Beauty in Travel Retail and local European markets.
- Participate in budget construction and track expenditures against defined budgets, particularly for PLV tools.
- Contribute to market studies and strategy definition to identify retail project opportunities.
- Aid in preparing CEO reviews to validate retail project openings.
- Participate in the creation of 'boutique' briefs for store planning and project groups for new store openings.
- Analyze retail performance by category, new products, and network animations; prepare monthly performance reports for various departments.
- Support the deployment of Chanel's Clienteling tool, including team onboarding and performance analysis.
- Coordinate with commercial, marketing, and learning services, as well as partner clients, to ensure operational excellence in retail locations.
- Manage and consolidate forecasts and orders for new products and PLV tools across the retail network.
- Coordinate marketing and learning services to ensure flawless execution of 360° activations and animations.
- Oversee and manage eyewear orders and stock analysis, recommending actions for boutiques.
- Formalize and implement processes for retail network management.
- Support the retail manager in preparing presentations and analyses, and participate in meetings with various services.
- Participate in establishing and animating a retail community, organizing Retail Day events.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in business, commerce, or a related field.
- Significant initial experience as a retail manager assistant or in operational marketing within the cosmetics or large retail sector.
- Dynamic and rigorous with excellent organizational and analytical capabilities.
- Proficient in numerical analysis and presentation tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with agility and responsiveness.
A significant initial experience in retail management assistance or operational marketing within the cosmetics or large retail sector is required.
Bachelor's degree or higher in business, commerce, or a related field.
