1. Collaborate with the Learning & Development team and other departments to identify sales training needs, plan the training budget, and develop the annual training calendar.
2. Ensure the delivery of high-quality training programs that align with Chanel's image standards and regional guidelines.
3. Provide feedback reports and follow-up action plans to update regional and local teams.
4. Contribute to salesforce productivity and retail people development, ensuring quality service at points of sale and boutiques.
5. Conduct regular field coaching for counter managers to enhance the skills of retail leaders.
6. Support the Learning & Development manager in organizational projects to upskill team members and build new capabilities.

1. Proven experience in retail development or a related field within the luxury fashion industry.
2. Strong understanding of sales training and people development processes.

2. Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
3. Strong organizational and project management skills.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in retail development or a related role within the luxury fashion sector is required.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources, or a related field is preferred.
