Assistant Project Manager

1. Assist the Aftersales Services Project Manager in developing and implementing new aftersales services for the Fashion division.
2. Participate in various projects, meetings, and topics, including organizing meetings, preparing materials, taking notes, and drafting minutes.
3. Define deliverables and monitor project progress.
4. Coordinate information flow between different stakeholders (Headquarters, Markets, Externals).
5. Support Repair Centers in evolving aftersales services by providing recommendations for optimal working conditions for artisans.
6. Ensure safety, well-being, and CSR aspects of the structure, along with quality execution.
7. Assist in structuring the center (equipment, resources).
8. Contribute to defining future aftersales services in collaboration with Client, Product, Market, and Technical Expert teams.
9. Support the team in drafting the brand's vision for product sustainability, materials, and responsible execution conditions.
10. Contribute to competitive intelligence.
