1. Assist the Aftersales Services Project Manager in developing and implementing new aftersales services for the Fashion division.
2. Participate in various projects, organize meetings, prepare materials, take notes, and draft minutes.
3. Define deliverables and monitor project progress.
4. Coordinate information flow between headquarters, markets, and external parties.
5. Support Repair Centers by providing recommendations for optimal working conditions, ensuring safety, well-being, and quality execution.
6. Contribute to the structuring of centers in terms of equipment and resources.
7. Collaborate with Client, Product, Market, and Technical Expert teams to draft the brand's vision for sustainable products and materials.
8. Conduct competitive intelligence research.

1. Experience from initial corporate roles.
2. Fluency in both English and French.

3. Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Power BI.
4. Adaptability and open-mindedness.

Previous experience in corporate settings is required, showcasing organizational and interpersonal skills.
