- Assist in the design and adaptation of both in-person and digital training modules for beauty advisors and Chanel Parfums Beauté sales staff in France.
- Support the development of training events, including agency briefing, educational pathway design, and organizational logistics.
- Monitor the deployment of training tools provided by international training teams.
- Contribute to the creation of training programs for selective and independent perfumeries.
- Conduct post-training satisfaction surveys.
- Perform competitive analysis and monitor emerging trends in the learning and development sector.
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program at a business school or university with a focus on education or training.
- Demonstrated interest in pedagogy and training.
- Previous experience in a training or digital service environment.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a flair for creativity and writing.
- Strong organizational skills and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in office software, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English.
A minimum of one prior experience in a training or digital service role is required.
Master's degree in progress from a business school or university.
