- Support the Head of Project Development and the Boutique Architecture team in design management and project execution.
- Contribute to the lifecycle of boutique projects, balancing operational needs with architectural implementation.
- Formulate design solutions during design development and address project-specific constraints during construction.
- Ensure successful and timely project delivery by following the design process from concept to completion.
- Implement best practices in project management to deliver boutiques to market business divisions.
- Stay informed on design trends, construction standards, sustainability practices, and retail innovation.
- Explore new project opportunities and develop project development models with landlords and local professionals.
- Assess project risks and prepare risk management proposals.
- Collaborate with business divisions and internal stakeholders to produce project briefs, feasibility studies, and due diligence documentation.
- Support project budgeting, programme, contract administration, and tender documentation preparation.
- Manage material sourcing, purchase orders, and logistics with the procurement and QS teams.
- Oversee local contractors, vendors, and consultants to ensure design excellence and address construction challenges.
- Ensure projects are delivered on-time, on-budget, and to a high standard of workmanship.
- Monitor and deliver projects in line with CSR/LEED guidelines and sustainability goals.
- Professional experience in design management and project execution.
- Knowledge of project management best practices.
- Collaborative and efficient communication skills.

- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and project components.
Experience in managing and delivering architectural projects, preferably within the luxury retail sector.
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
