Chanel Assistant Project Manager, Global Fashion Retail Education (Alternance)

- Support the Project Manager in the design, delivery and ongoing maintenance of global retail education programs for sales and store teams.
- Coordinate cross‑functional and regional stakeholders to schedule trainings, collect requirements and localize content.
- Prepare and maintain training materials, presentations and documentation for classroom and digital learning formats.
- Assist with the deployment and administration of digital learning modules and LMS content (user enrolment, reporting, updates).
- Manage logistics for in‑person sessions and global learning events, including vendor coordination and participant communications.
- Track program KPIs, compile attendance and performance reports, and propose actionable insights to improve learning impact.
- Support basic budget monitoring, purchase orders and expense follow‑up related to training activities.
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Fashion Management, Business, Human Resources, Learning & Development or a related discipline (alternance/apprenticeship requirement).
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks and deadlines in a matrix environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication; comfortable preparing professional presentations and training documentation.
- Analytical mindset with experience extracting insights from learner data and reporting on program performance.
- Proactive team player with cultural sensitivity and the ability to collaborate with international stakeholders.

Suitable for a student seeking alternance: typically 0–2 years of professional experience including internships or project work in retail operations, learning & development, HR or project coordination; prior exposure to luxury retail preferred.
Enrolled in a relevant Bachelor’s or Master’s programme (Fashion, Business, HR, Learning & Development) and eligible for alternance/apprenticeship placement.
