Chanel Assistant Project Manager, Fragrance Education

- Develop educational tools for the Fragrance Expertise and Client Experience division, creating comprehensive learning journeys using various pedagogical formats such as in-person training, mobile learning, podcasts, and video tutorials.
- Ensure adherence to project timelines and participate in briefing and monitoring marketing campaigns as part of project teams.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Fragrance Laboratory, Retail, PR, and Merchandising departments to enhance client experiences and support product plans and campaigns.
- Engage with the international community of trainers to communicate and distribute educational tools for major fragrance launches and new pedagogical resources.
- Support the Global Retail Education team in organizing the International Convention and major international events, contributing to cross-functional projects based on current priorities.
- Final-year student from a business school, communication institute, political studies institute, or perfumery school.
- Significant initial experience in project management within marketing, communication, public relations, or event management.
- Strong sensitivity to the fragrance and retail sectors.
- Dynamic, rigorous, organized, creative, autonomous, and proactive with a recognized team spirit and adaptability.
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in synthesizing information with a strong interest in pedagogy, including conceptualization, formalization, and writing.
- Expertise in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint.
- Aptitude and comfort with digital tools.
A first significant experience in project management, preferably in marketing, communication, public relations, or event management. Sales experience in the fragrance/beauty sector is a plus.
Final-year student from a relevant educational institution.
