Chanel Assistant Product Training Project Manager (Alternance)

1. Support the Product Training Project Manager in the design, development and delivery of product expertise programmes for the fashion division.
2. Draft and update training content and educational materials (presentations, product guides, trainer notes, e-learning scripts).
3. Coordinate logistics for workshops, in-store sessions and external trainings, including scheduling, venue set-up and participant communication.
4. Liaise with product, merchandising, retail operations and HR to gather technical information and align curriculum with commercial priorities.
5. Contribute to learner assessment activities, feedback collection and the preparation of training reports and KPI dashboards.
6. Maintain and enrich the product knowledge repository and ensure training resources are version-controlled and accessible to stakeholders.

1. Currently enrolled in a recognised Bachelor's or Master's programme (e.g., Fashion Business, Marketing, HR, Learning & Development or equivalent) with an alternance/work-study option.
2. Strong organisational aptitude with experience managing multiple concurrent tasks and timelines.
3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical product details into clear learning materials.
4. Proactive, service-oriented demeanour and aptitude for cross‑functional collaboration with retail and product teams.
