Chanel Assistant Product Merchandiser - Leather Goods

- Contribute to the preparation of collections, working on three collections over six months.
- Participate in structuring the collection and developing product content and purchasing tools.
- Assist in creating collection briefings for buyers.
- Engage in product selection for press and web channels.
- Participate in buying sessions and follow up on market exchanges at the showroom.
- Consolidate market feedback for product development teams.
- Create communication materials for purchase results for management and visual merchandising.
- Develop product communication labels for chanel.com.
- Review training materials for boutiques.
- Monitor collection performance through qualitative market feedback and prepare global presentations of seasonal results.
- Conduct weekly performance tracking of collections, identifying missed opportunities and bestsellers.
- Perform trend and news monitoring in leather goods, including regular Fashion Week updates and monthly competitor newsletters.
- Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
- Significant initial professional experience, ideally in fashion and/or luxury sectors.
- Strong product sensitivity.
- Meticulous attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent organizational and anticipatory skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
- Fluency in English and French, both written and spoken.
A significant initial professional experience, ideally in the fashion and/or luxury sectors, is required.
Currently enrolled in a business school or equivalent program.
