1. Assist the Leather Goods Product Merchandiser in managing the Bags and Small Leather Goods activities across all European boutiques by ensuring regular reporting of key performance indicators (Sales, Inventory, Sell-through, Stock Coverage).
2. Contribute to the development of presentations for diverse audiences including Boutiques, European Management, and General Management.
3. Conduct ad hoc analyses based on business challenges and current activities.
4. Define action plans to optimize results, such as transfers, stock optimization, and diversions.
5. Participate in the preparation and follow-up of collection purchases for all European boutiques during Showrooms, including preparing purchasing tools and tracking purchases.

1. Proficiency in written and spoken English for communication with all markets.
2. Mastery of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) for performance analysis and presentations.
3. Ability to work independently with a high degree of rigor.
4. Strong product and collection sensitivity.
5. Pronounced affinity for numbers and data analysis.
6. Adaptability and analytical skills.
7. Curiosity and resourcefulness in problem-solving.
8. Knowledge of Power BI is a plus.

No prior experience required, but a background in fashion or luxury goods is advantageous.

Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Fashion, or a related field.
