- Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
- Drive the business of the Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, and Shoes categories.
- Coach and manage a diverse sales team, fostering a positive working environment.
- Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, emphasizing Chanel's savoir faire, product knowledge, and service delivery.
- Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
- Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses and events.
- Minimum 3 years of related retail sales and leadership experience, preferably in Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, and Shoes.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Must be located and willing to work at Neiman Marcus Department Store in San Francisco.
- Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
- Ability to thrive in a team environment and work collaboratively.
- Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.
A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and leadership, with a preference for experience in Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, and Shoes.
Bachelor’s degree preferred.
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,100 - $105,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
