1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business of the Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, and Shoes categories.
3. Coach and manage a diverse sales team, fostering a positive working environment.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, emphasizing Chanel's savoir faire, product knowledge, and service delivery.
5. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
6. Represent Chanel in the market, developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses and events.

1. Minimum 3 years of related retail sales and leadership experience, preferably in Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, and Shoes.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Must be located and willing to work at Neiman Marcus Department Store in San Francisco.
4. Flexible schedule with availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

2. Strong understanding of and passion for client experience.
3. Excellent communication skills.
4. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

A minimum of 3 years in retail sales and leadership, with a preference for experience in Ready-to-Wear, Accessories, and Shoes.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,100 - $105,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
