1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering extraordinary experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business of the Costume Jewelry, Eyewear, and Other Accessories categories.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive work environment.
4. Provide initial and ongoing training and development for team members, emphasizing Chanel savoir-faire, product details, and service delivery.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge.
6. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
7. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses.
8. Lead the team with agility and resilience, continuously improving based on key performance indicators.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related retail sales and leadership experience.
2. Experience in sales and buying within the Costume Jewelry, Eyewear, and Other Accessories categories preferred.
3. Bachelor’s degree preferred.

5. Foreign language skills are preferred but not required.

Candidates should possess a minimum of 3 years of related retail sales and leadership experience, with a preference for experience in sales and buying within the Costume Jewelry, Eyewear, and Other Accessories categories.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,200 - $85,000, depending on experience. Additional forms of variable pay may be offered, including bonus potential.
