1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive business growth within assigned product categories such as Handbags, Small Leather Goods, Ready-to-Wear, or Costume Jewelry and Accessories.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of salespeople, fostering a positive work environment and culture of feedback.
4. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, emphasizing Chanel's savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service excellence.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge and strategies.
6. Engage in community involvement and partnerships with local businesses to expand the client base.
7. Analyze and report on product category performance, working with the Home Office buying team for assortment planning.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule, including availability for late nights, weekends, and some holidays.

3. Passion for client experience and luxury fashion.
4. Ability to thrive in a complex and dynamic environment.
5. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.

A minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field, preferably within the luxury retail sector.

Bachelor's degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range is $70,100 to $85,000, with potential for bonuses and other variable pay components.
