1. Assist in the development and launch of new fragrance and beauty products, including creating presentations and sales toolkits.
2. Support product managers in forecasting sales and managing campaigns for new product launches.
3. Organize internal events for product presentations, coordinating with suppliers and overseeing execution.
4. Conduct qualitative and quantitative assessments of product campaigns, focusing on visibility, communication, and assortment.
5. Participate in the operational management of sales tools, including samples, gifts, and merchandising elements.
6. Monitor competitive activities across various channels and prepare monthly reports highlighting best practices.

1. Previous internship experience in a marketing position within the fragrance and beauty industry.
2. Fluency in English; proficiency in Dutch and French is advantageous.

3. Advanced proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.

Previous internship experience in a marketing role within the fragrance and beauty sector is required.
