Responsibilities
- Assist the High Jewelry Group Manager and Special Orders Product Manager in the development of High Jewelry pieces and management of exclusive client projects.
- Collaborate with Digital, Press, and Training teams to disseminate collection information and assist in the creation of assets.
- Manage the reception of pieces, integration into systems, and update product data including pricing, visuals, and technical descriptions.
- Handle sales support tools such as packshots, booklets, and PIM.
- Gather market needs and request quotes from the Purchasing department for Special Orders Jewelry projects.
- Assist in referencing and updating tracking tables.
- Create, prepare, and distribute competitive intelligence documents.
- Monitor loans and entrusted items from the High Jewelry vault with internal services.
- Organize photo shoots with photographers and track the reception of various assets for Signatures and Special Orders.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or university.
- Significant experience in a similar role.
Skills
- Fluent in English.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Autonomous and curious.

Education Requirements
Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or university.
