1. Assist the High Jewelry Group Manager and Special Orders Product Manager in developing High Jewelry pieces and managing exclusive client projects.
2. Coordinate with Digital, Press, and Training teams to disseminate collection information and assist in asset creation for new High Jewelry Signatures launches.
3. Manage the reception of jewelry pieces, integrate them into systems, and update product data including pricing, visuals, and technical descriptions.
4. Oversee sales support tools such as packshots, booklets, and PIM.
5. Gather market needs and request quotes from the Purchasing department for Special Orders Jewelry projects.
6. Assist in referencing and updating tracking tables for Special Orders.
7. Create, prepare, and distribute competitive intelligence documents.
8. Monitor loans and entrusted items from the High Jewelry vault with internal services.
9. Organize photoshoots with photographers and manage the reception of various assets for Signatures and Special Orders.

1. Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or university with a focus on Marketing.
2. Significant experience in a similar role.

1. Fluency in English.
2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite: Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
3. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
4. Excellent interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work autonomously and demonstrate curiosity.

Significant experience in a similar marketing role within the luxury sector.

Currently pursuing a degree from a business school or university.
