1. Serve as a brand ambassador and business leader, focusing on delivering exceptional experiences for both internal teams and clients.
2. Drive the business of assigned product categories, including handbags, small leather goods, ready-to-wear, costume jewelry, and other accessories.
3. Coach and manage a diverse team of sales associates, fostering a positive working environment and culture of feedback.
4. Provide ongoing training and development for team members, emphasizing Chanel savoir-faire, product knowledge, and service excellence.
5. Collaborate with the Boutique Director to impart critical business knowledge and strategies.
6. Analyze, report, and plan assortments in partnership with the Home Office buying team.
7. Represent Chanel in the market by developing the client base through community involvement and partnerships with local businesses and events.

1. Minimum of 3 years of related experience.
2. Bachelor’s degree preferred.
3. Ability to lift 15 lbs.
4. Flexible schedule with availability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays.

2. Excellent communication skills.
3. Understanding of and passion for delivering an exceptional client experience.
4. Foreign language skills preferred but not required.
5. Passion for Chanel's history, product offerings, and commitment to social and cultural initiatives.

A minimum of 3 years of related experience in a similar role within the luxury retail sector is required.

Bachelor’s degree preferred.

The anticipated base salary range for this position is $70,100 to $80,000, with potential for additional variable pay components such as bonuses.
